What type of massage therapist do we expect from Magic Hands?
Our massage therapists from China and Thailand are friendly and elegant in appearance. They are from 25 to 35 years old and are very experienced therapists who perfectly understand your needs and who are dedicated to making your experience completely fulfilling. They are trained in our Training School and certified to provide professional massage to our esteemed customers.
Any picture of the massage therapists for me to choose?
No, we do NOT provide pictures. Our massage therapists are allocated accordingly to the next available booking and skillsets in the queue.
How do you deal with all the information I given to Magic Hands?
All information in the booking form will be kept private and confidential. No one will be able to access them. We will not call/sms/email to you unless you indicated you want to be included in our promotion mailing list. We will only call/sms/email for any changes or insufficient info required in the booking form.
Do you provide Incall service?
Magic Hands is purely a mobile, outcall service so we do not operate any massage parlour. All our therapists would travel to your hotel to provide the service. We understand the importance of being discreet to our clients and your privacy is our top priority.
What is the payment mode?
We accept CASH payment only. It is preferred to be in Ringgit, USD or SGD
Do you provide massage service to hotel outside KLCC area?
YES, however additional charges (RM50 to RM100) apply depending on the hotel location and time of session.
Do you provide body to body massage?
Yes it is included in our Holistic Full Body Massage package. Our massage therapist will provide the body and soul relaxation on you. Just closed your eyes and relax. Our massage therapist will create miracle. Don't touch our therapists during the process as it will hinder the natural flow. Let our therapist torch you with our sensation touch. It may ends with a happy ending
Can the customer touch the massage therapists?
No. Please respect our massage therapists. Every holistic massage in our collection is designed for you to remain PASSIVE, RECEIVE and ENJOY. Get rid of all your thoughts. Let our massage therapist connect your body and soul with our magic hands. You will ENJOY our professional massage more than anything else. We far exceed your massage expectation. Try us and you will know.
Do you provide extra (sex) service after massage?
No. We are not an escort service. All our massages are for the purpose of full body relaxation.
Our massage therapists do NOT perform any sexual services and please refrain from asking them. In any case our massage therapist soliciting for sex activity, please let us know and we will terminate her employment immediately after thorough investigation.
What if the customer wants to reject the therapist?
Our company is committed to provide excellent massage service to all our customers instead of promises on good look, sexy figure compared to other agencies. Therefore if you are looking for great look and model's figure, we are not suitable for you. However if you are looking for one of the best massage in Kuala Lumpur, we are more than eager to show you what we can do. In any case you still insist in rejecting our therapist on your hotel doorstep, a transport fee of RM50 will apply to the customer. Please voice your rejection before massage service begin or else full massage service charge proceed.
